EstateAgentNetwork.com is the UK and London's official property referral website that is free to use for members of the public. The EstateAgentNetwork allows you to refer your friends and family to property agents for a finder's fee (paid out on successful property transactions). If you know someone who wants to buy, sell, let or rent a property recommend them today. You can even recommend yourself.

Search

Search our directory of the UK's leading property agents in your area. Start by typing the relevant postcode or area in to our search box . Alternatively you can use our interactive map to choose your location.

The search result will give you a list of property agents in your chosen locality as well as their referral rates and profile link. Select the property agents to which you would like to send your referral and press "post referral".

Share

Provide agents with the details of your property referral. Property agents will contact the person you referred directly in order to deal with their requirement.

Each referral arrangement is made between you and the individual agent. We only provide an exchange point for member agents and the general public to interact. We recommend you read agent profiles, feedback and websites before sending your referral.

Profit

When the process is successfully completed (house sale, property let etc) your referral fee will be paid to you by the agent who conducted the transaction (subject to terms and conditions).
